Shipping policy

At Sportova, we ship globally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for your selected products, configurations and destination.

Standard freight is curbside delivery. Products may arrive in cartons, crates or on pallets depending on their size and packing requirements. Standard freight does not include unpacking, placement or assembly.

For USA deliveries, checkout offers freight and, where available, freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly. The white-glove option includes the freight charge; choose one delivery option at checkout.

For deliveries outside the USA, checkout offers freight only. White-glove delivery and assembly are not included in the online shipping rate. Contact concierge@sportova.co to discuss any special delivery or installation requirements before ordering.
