Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact concierge@sportova.co immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranty
PENT Fitness provides a manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. PENT’s published FAQ states that warranty is granted for 24 months for residential use and 12 months when equipment is used in a commercial environment.

Warranty service is subject to PENT’s warranty terms, proof of purchase, proper use, care, and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, and unsuitable site conditions may limit or void coverage. Sportova can help coordinate a claim with PENT, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by PENT’s warranty terms.
