The NordicTrack Ultra 1 is a premium connected treadmill designed for an immersive running experience with a stable separated deck and control hub, 24-inch HD touchscreen, iFIT Pro training, brushless motor, incline and decline, and white glove delivery.

Residential vs. Commercial: choose Residential for private home gyms and dedicated wellness rooms where the treadmill will be used by one household. Choose Commercial for higher-traffic shared spaces such as private clubs, hospitality wellness suites, residential amenity gyms, training studios, and corporate fitness rooms. Both versions share the same elevated Ultra 1 design language and connected training platform; the Commercial version is the heavier-duty selection for professional and shared-use environments.

The Ultra 1 is available in Light Maple / Brass or Dark Walnut / Black to coordinate with refined residential, hospitality, and club interiors.

Setup and connected features
The manufacturer’s US commercial page requires paid iFIT Pro membership for content/features and an iFIT account, accepted terms and Wi-Fi for operation. Membership renews unless cancelled. Confirm the applicable subscription, any included term and Residential/Commercial account licensing in your Sportova order.
Suitable use and warranty eligibility
Select Residential for private household use. For Commercial, confirm the exact supplied model, permitted facility type, daily usage and written commercial warranty with Sportova. Commercial selection does not establish unlimited-use coverage.
Shipping and delivery

Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.

Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.

Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.

Warranty
NordicTrack warranty coverage is product-specific and described in the user manual included with the equipment and available through NordicTrack/iFIT’s online manual resources. NordicTrack’s public terms state that each product comes with its own specific warranty, and recent NordicTrack support materials describe coverage that varies by product type.

Customers should retain proof of purchase, model number, serial number, and the product manual. Warranty coverage is generally for the original purchaser and may be limited to normal private/domestic use unless the product documentation states otherwise. Sportova can help coordinate warranty support, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by NordicTrack/iFIT.
