The BASA Reformer Box by PENT Fitness expands the JOANA reformer repertoire with stable support for seated exercises, side work, stretching, and controlled range-of-motion training. Its proportioned wooden structure, dense supportive padding, and genuine leather upholstery provide a secure and comfortable training surface.
Handcrafted in Europe, BASA can be coordinated with the wood, leather, and metal finishes of a JOANA reformer or a wider PENT Pilates setting.

Shipping and delivery
Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.
Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.
Most design-led equipment is made to order. Lead times vary by maker, finish and destination. Contact our team before purchasing if you need a specific delivery date or have special receiving requirements. Review our shipping policy for service details.
Returns
Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact concierge@sportova.co immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Warranty
Warranty service is subject to PENT’s warranty terms, proof of purchase, proper use, care, and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, and unsuitable site conditions may limit or void coverage. Sportova can help coordinate a claim with PENT, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by PENT’s warranty terms.
