Shipping and delivery
Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.
Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.

Returns

Warranty
Please retain proof of purchase, serial information, packaging photos, and product documentation. Sportova can help coordinate warranty questions with Ciclotte or the applicable authorized source, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by the manufacturer or authorized seller. Normal wear, misuse, improper setup, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, and unsuitable site conditions may limit or void coverage.
