Choose from the finish options listed above. All listed finishes are included at the same price. Photographs show representative finishes; other displayed equipment is included only where specified. Custom materials and customer-supplied leather require confirmation.

Care: Follow the supplied product-specific care instructions. Re-oil solid wood every 6–12 months as appropriate to the finish. Wipe steel with a dry microfibre cloth, following the grain.

Shipping and delivery

Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.

Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.

Most design-led equipment is made to order. Lead times vary by maker, finish and destination. Contact our team before purchasing if you need a specific delivery date or have special receiving requirements. Review our shipping policy for service details.

Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact concierge@sportova.co immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranty
FYSIK’s published manufacturer terms provide a two-year limited warranty from delivery for material and workmanship conformity with its published product specifications. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions.

Exclusions include normal wear, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance or storage, damage from unauthorized assembly, installation, repair or alteration, use contrary to FYSIK instructions, and natural material or finish variations.
