Our website provides a base freight quote at checkout for standard curbside delivery. This covers secure transport to your location, with items arriving crated or palletized. Unpacking, placement, and assembly are not included.
For clients seeking a more seamless experience, we offer white glove delivery, in-home installation, and custom logistics solutions worldwide. These services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged directly with our team.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Products can be assembled and out of their original packaging, however they cannot be used or show any signs of wear.
Since all items are made to order, there is a 75% restocking fee on the product total of the order. So, after your item is received by us, and inspection is approved, we will return 25% of the original product price back to you, via your original payment method. Original shipping or customs fees will are non refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Moxa is a luxury medicine ball set hand made in Europe with real leather, with a minimal vertical wood stand. Available in 5 leather colors, and 5 wood finishes.
