Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.

Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.

Most design-led equipment is made to order. Lead times vary by maker, finish and destination. Contact our team before purchasing if you need a specific delivery date or have special receiving requirements. Review our shipping policy for service details.

Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact concierge@sportova.co immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranty
PENT sample materials and sample boxes are intended for finish review and specification support. Product warranty terms for final PENT equipment are set by PENT Fitness; PENT’s published FAQ states that warranty is granted for 24 months for residential use and 12 months when equipment is used in a commercial environment.

Sample materials may show natural variation and are not fitness equipment. Sportova can help coordinate PENT warranty questions for final equipment orders, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by PENT’s warranty terms.
