The Ultra 1 Reform RX-S brings NordicTrack's connected Pilates reformer experience into the home with a polished studio-style build and guided training on an integrated screen.

It uses an enclosed spine with enclosed springs, a stable balance beam, and push-button resistance changes in precise 11 lb increments so transitions can stay focused and controlled.

A 24 in tilting HD touchscreen supports instructor-led workouts, while Smart Spine tracking helps read carriage movement and supports on-screen coaching. Stainless steel glide tracks are designed for a smooth, quiet carriage feel.

Allow approximately 19 in of clearance around the reformer for full movement range.

The Commercial RX-S is positioned for studios, fitness clubs and gyms. Commercial digital activation is licensed per machine; confirm the selected term and written equipment warranty.
Shipping and delivery

Choose standard freight at checkout for curbside delivery. For eligible USA orders, a second option includes freight plus white-glove delivery and assembly: inside placement, unpacking, standard assembly and packaging removal.

Outside the USA, checkout offers freight without white-glove service. Contact us before ordering for stairs, difficult access or specialist installation. If checkout does not display a delivery rate for your address, contact Sportova for help.

Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees and non-refundable costs depend on the product and order. Please review the Sportova return policy before purchasing, especially for made-to-order and custom pieces.

Warranty
NordicTrack warranty coverage is product-specific and described in the user manual included with the equipment and available through NordicTrack/iFIT’s online manual resources. NordicTrack’s public terms state that each product comes with its own specific warranty, and recent NordicTrack support materials describe coverage that varies by product type.

Customers should retain proof of purchase, model number, serial number, and the product manual. Warranty coverage is generally for the original purchaser and may be limited to normal private/domestic use unless the product documentation states otherwise. Sportova can help coordinate warranty support, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by NordicTrack/iFIT.
