The Ultra 1 Reformer is a connected Pilates reformer built to bring a full studio-style training experience home in a slim, furniture-conscious profile.

It combines an enclosed spine, enclosed springs, and push-button resistance changes in 11 lb increments, with split footbars that rotate into multiple training positions.

The 24 in pivoting and tilting HD touchscreen supports instructor-led workouts, and Smart Spine tracking reads carriage movement for more responsive coaching. Stainless steel glide tracks help the carriage feel smooth and quiet.

Allow approximately 19 in of clearance around the reformer for full movement range.

Most design-led equipment is made to order. Lead times vary by maker, finish, and destination. We will confirm timing, delivery method, and any special receiving requirements after your order is placed.

For private gyms and wellness spaces, Sportova can support equipment selection, layout guidance, delivery coordination, and installation planning through our design services.

Returns

Sportova has a 14-day return policy after delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition received. Because many products are made to order, approved returns may be subject to a 75% restocking fee. Original shipping, customs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact concierge@sportova.co immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranty
NordicTrack warranty coverage is product-specific and described in the user manual included with the equipment and available through NordicTrack/iFIT’s online manual resources. NordicTrack’s public terms state that each product comes with its own specific warranty, and recent NordicTrack support materials describe coverage that varies by product type.

Customers should retain proof of purchase, model number, serial number, and the product manual. Warranty coverage is generally for the original purchaser and may be limited to normal private/domestic use unless the product documentation states otherwise. Sportova can help coordinate warranty support, but approval, timing, repair, replacement, and remedy are controlled by NordicTrack/iFIT.
